This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 11.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.18107 of 2023 to report before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., till the charge sheet is filed and thereafter as directed by the concerned Judicial Magistrate.
