This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to order substituted service to the 3rd defendant in the above suit by way of publication in one issue of any one Tamil Daily.

2. Heard both side.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the applicant/plaintiff is permitted to effect paper publication in one issue of "Makkal Kural" Tamil daily in the Sriperumbudur Edition mentioning the date of hearing as 29.10.2024.

Accordingly, this application is allowed.
