A statutory notice was issued on 10.04.2026 for non-compliance of the order dated 02.04.2025 made by this Court in W.P.No.11578 of 2025. 2.Mr.T.Gowthaman, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Counsel, on instruction, would report that action has been taken by the Authorities for evicting the alleged encroachers under the Land Encroachment Act, 1905 and the same is also conceded by the petitioner.

3.Mr.S.Ravichandran, Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruvallur/contemnor, is present in Court today.
