Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties in Mediation and the Mediation agreement dated 08.11.2017 was recorded in the presence of both the contesting parties, the same has been duly signed by both petitioners and the respondent in the above O.P. The Memo also filed to that effect.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent also submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties.

4. In view of the above submissions, the original petition is closed. No costs.
