ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.R.Dhilipkumar learned counsel accepting notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 and with their consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
In the light of the fact that this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the allegations made by the petitioner as against the 5th respondent, notice to the 5th respondent is dispensed with.

The petitioner alleges that the 5th respondent has illegally extracted electrical energy from the petitioner's connection, thereby resulting in huge amount of electricity consumption charge being demanded from the petitioner. In this regard, a representation is pending with the authorities concerned and since no action has been taken on the representation, the petitioner is before this Court. The learned Standing counsel appearing for TANGEDCO submits that the Board will consider the representation of the petitioner, conduct an enquiry and proceed in accordance with law. The said submission is placed on record. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.01.2016, issue notice to the petitioner as well as to the 5th respondent, conduct an enquiry and pass a reasoned order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
