This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 18.05.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11515 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
