The petitioner has filed this petition, to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Kallakurichi to expedite the case in I.A.No.31 of 2022 in O.S.No.68 of 2022, within a time frame.

2. The revision petitioner herein is the plaintiff, who filed a suit in O.S.No.68 of 2022, on the file of the Subordinate Court, Kallakurichi, for money claim against the defendant. He simultaneously, filed an I.A.No.31 of 2022 in O.S.No.68 of 2022, praying to furnish security for discharging the amount due under the promissory note. In that application, the defendant also appeared and filed objections. Thereafter, the matter was heard by the learned Trial Judge, but order was not pronounced, for nearly about one year, and the said case was adjourned, stating that order was not ready. The entire records clearly show the lethargic attitude of the Court below. But the Presiding Officer took time of morethan one year but the order was not delivered. This Court expresses its dis-pleasure with regard to the attitude of the officer.
3. Hence, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the case on merits, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
