This Petition has been filed to delete the petitioner/first respondent herein, namely the Registrar of CoOperative Societies, NVN Maaligai, Poonamalle High Road, Kilpauk, Chennai-10 from the cause title of the above writ petition on the grounds of mis-joinder of parties.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of this petition, this writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the main writ petition.
