This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondent to return the petitioner's original driving licence, without any endorsement and within a specified time as may be fixed by this Court. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that now order has been passed in the show cause notice issued to the petitioner. Therefore, she made endorsement seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and she also seeks liberty to challenge the above order.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
