ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the entire records pending on the file of the fourth respondent in pursuant to the order bearing No.C.Pa.917/03-04, dated 29.01.2016 issued by the fourth respondent and quash the same.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, the impugned order, dated 29.01.2016 bearing No.C.Pa.917/03-04, had been withdrawn by proceedings in C.Pa.917/2003-04, dated 21.03.2016 issued by the fourth respondent, a copy of which has also been produced before this Court. Since the impugned order has been withdrawn, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. W.M.P. is closed. No costs.
