ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner ; learned Additional Government Pleader accepting notice on behalf of the respondents and with their consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage. The petitioner who is the elected Ward Councilor of Pallipattu Panchayat Union, has come forward with this writ petition to take action on her representation wherein she has made certain allegations against the 3rd respondent herein. The learned Additional Government Pleader, would submit that the representation of the petitioner has been given only on 14.01.2016 and without giving reasonable time for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
authorities to act on the representation, the petitioner has rushed to this Court and filed this writ petition seeking for a direction.
However, since the representation is pending, it would be appropriate for the authorities to take necessary action on representation. Since this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage without notice to the 3rd respondent, the merits of the allegations made by the petitioner as against the 3rd respondent are not gone into and left open to the taken up for consideration by the authorities concerned. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.01.2016 on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the 3rd respondent and pass orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
