O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the respondents to give appointment to the petitioner on compassionate ground consequent on the death of the father of the petitioner viz. G.Mani on 11.12.2012 while serving as Organizer in Nutritious Meals Scheme in Thellar Panchayat Union, Tiruvannamalai District.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's father G.Mani, while serving as an Organizer in Nutritious Meals Scheme in Thellar Panchayat Union, Tiruvannamalai District, died on 11.12.2012 leaving behind his wife, Saroja, daughter S.Sasikala, the petitioner herein and two sons Rajesh and Suresh, aged about 31 and 29 years, as legal heirs. He would further submit that the petitioner and both the sons are married.

3.When the learned counsel for the petitioner is not able to give proper reply whether the sons of the deceased namely Rajesh and Suresh are employed, merely considering the fact that no objection has been given by the sons of the deceased to give appointment to the petitioner on compassionate ground consequent on the death of the father, this Court cannot give any relief to the petitioner, by accepting the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is not able to find any reason to direct the respondents to give appointment to the petitioner on compassionate grounds consequent on the death of the father of the petitioner. Hence this petition is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P. is also dismissed.
