2016, has already been dealt with, and it is covered by a common order dated 15.11.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.998 of 2017, batch of cases.
2. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.No.29299 of 2019 is closed.
