The Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 08.01.2016.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has purchased a property in the year 2005 and while he was constructing a compound wall, the management of Crest School attempted to encroach upon the property. Hence, he has given a representation to the respondent on 08.01.2016 seeking police protection. Since the respondent police has not taken any steps, the petitioner has come forward with this petition. 4.Considering the submissions made on both sides, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.01.2016 and pass appropriate orders, on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one week, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
