ORDER
The writ petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2023, 26.07.2023 and complaints dated 31.07.2023, 09.10.2023 and 26.12.2023 to provide the sewerage pipeline connection from the main drainage line connection to the petitioners' property bearing Door No.1/246, School Road, Ward No.6, Comprised in Old S.No.236/1 and New S.No.236/2B, Aswaravanthapuram Village, R.K.pet Block, Thiruvallur District based on the payment made to the 5th respondent under miscellaneous challan No.074 dated 22.04.2022 pursuant to the planning permit and building approval vide Na.Ka.No.01/2022, dated 22.04.2022 issued by the 5th respondent President of Aswaravanthapuram Village Panchayat, R.K.Pet, Thiruvallur District.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a directions to the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents
submitted that the second respondent will be considered and an appropriate orders will be passed on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioners last representation dated 26.12.2023 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
