For Petitioner(s) : No appearance For Respondent(s) : Mr.V.Vasantha Kumar Additional Government Pleader (P) O RDER This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned notification issued by the 3rd respondent, under Section 4(1) of Land Acquisition Act, 1894, in G.O.No.78 dated 04.10.1995 and consequently Section 6 declaration issued in G.O.Ms.No.45 Revenue Department, dated 23.07.1996 and quash the same.

2. When the matter is called, it is submitted by the representing counsel that already the entire bundle has been handed over to the petitioner for change of vakalat, however, petitioner failed to engage any counsel on record.

3. Even today, no one is representing the petitioner either in person or by way of new counsel on record. It is seen that the petitioner is not interested in proceeding with the matter further.
