2. The FIR in Crime No.316 of 2023 for the offences under Section 120 (b), 420 & 506(i) of IPC been registered on 03.09.2022 and investigation is at earlier stage. While so, the petition filed to quash the FIR alleging that the defacto complainant is a stranger to the petitioner and there is no material to investigate the complaint. The stage is too premature to arrive at any conclusion about the veracity of the complaint. FIR cannot be quashed when there is some material of cognizable offence placed before the police to investigate. Hence this petition is dismissed.
