This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 574 days in representing the above CRP.SR.No.33702 of 2021.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned, however, on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
