Today when these three petitions, which were filed to condone the delay, to set aside the abatement and to bring the legal representatives of the deceased third respondent, respectively, are taken up for hearing, Ms.J.Prithivi, learned counsel takes notice for the proposed respondents 6 to 8 and has submitted that she has no objection in allowing these petitions. She also made an endorsement in the Court bundle, for allowing these petitions.
2. In view of the above submissions and endorsement, all the three petitions are allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the main petition.
3. List the matter on 11.11.2019.
