This petition is filed by the petitioners/appellants seeking to condone the delay of 212 days in filing the above Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/appellants.

Despite service of notice to the respondents 2, 5 to 7, 10, 11, 14 to 16 and their names printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of them.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly, ordered.
