This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 2366 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole appellant in S.A. No. 914 of 2005.

I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and gone through the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Satisfying with the same, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.
