O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We are not inclined to entertain this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India merely on the ground that earlier a petition was entertained dealing with the issue of licence. In fact, in the present petition what is sought to be assailed is the consent order, for which the petitioner would have to approach the National Green Tribunal. 2.Writ Petition stands dismissed with the aforesaid liberty. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.4431 to 4433 of 2016 also stand dismissed.
