When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent represented that already main E.P. itself was closed and matter has been settled between the parties and she has produced the copy of the memo. The present civil revision petition is filed challenging the unnumbered E.A. in EP No.90 of 2012 in O.S. No.326 of 2006. Since the EP itself was disposed of, nothing survives for further adjudication.

2. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as 'infructuous'. No costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
