Tmt.M.Poongothai, who had served as Nursing Superintendent, under the Dean, Vellore Medical College and Hospital, Vellore District and Dean, Dharmapuri Medical College and Hospital, Dharmapuri District, respondents 2 and 3 herein, retired from service on 31.10.2008. Her only grievance is that the respondents have failed to fix her scale of pay in the post of Nursing Superintendent. That apart, her Earned Leave of 240 days and 90 days for monetary benefits and an interim relief https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

fund, in the year 2006, are not settled by the respondents, for which, a representation, dated 14.12.2015, has been made. Till date, the said representation has not been disposed of. 3.

Therefore, by putting on notice, Mr.A.Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader, without going into the merits of the case, this Court hereby directs the respondents to consider the representation, dated 14.12.2015, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
