O R D E R
The Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ambur Vellore, by his order dated 04.03.2023 made in C.M.P.No.462 of 2023, has directed the 3rd respondent/Inspector of Police, to register the complaint given by the petitioner against her daughter-in-law/4th respondent herein and investigate it, however, the petitioner being aggrieved that investigation not yet completed, is before this Court seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to issue a direction to the 3rd respondent/Inspector of
Police to register the complaint.
2. The learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that being a family dispute, the petitioner, who is the mother-in-law of the 4th respondent alleges that she has been neglected by the 4th respondent and also been abused by the 4th respondent, however, investigation has disclosed that due to a discard between the 4th respondent and her husband, she has left her matrimonial home and living separately.
3. He further submitted that being a family dispute, no criminality is made out and the police is contemplating to file a closure report and in any event, the respondent police shall take appropriate decision on completion of investigation and intimate the complainant/petitioner about the decision taken on the investigation.
