Respondents Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned orders passed by the third respondent in his Letter No.K2/6035/14 dated 06.10.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the appeal dated 27.09.2012 filed by the petitioner under section 45(1)(iii) of the Tamil Nadu Specified Commodities Market (Regulation of Location) Act 1996 in accordance with law.
