ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Ms.S.R.Sumathy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Karthik Jagannath, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 3.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the order under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 is passed on 29.11.2019, proper assistance is not provided for implementation of the same.

3. Learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submits that within a period of two weeks, the order would be implemented.

4. In view of the said statement, no orders are necessary. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
