The contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for having committed contempt of Court for willful disobedience of the order dated 23.06.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.18519 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with through the proceedings dated 09.11.2023 bearing reference No.AT6/9434/2022.
