Mr.U.Bharanidharan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. With the consent of both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to measure her schedule property and lay boundary stones in respect of the petition mentioned properties, within the time stipulated by this Court.

The case of the petitioner is that she purchased the lands in S.Nos.17B/3 & 17B/2 measuring to an extent of 1 Acre 12 Cents and 2.64 Acres respectively, situated at Kazhanivasal Village, Circle, Kuthalam Taluk, Mayiladuthurai District. After she purchased the said lands, the Revenue Records were mutated in her name and the first respondent has also granted Patta of the said lands in her name in Patta No.637. So, she is in absolute possession and enjoyment of the said lands. While so, she 2/5

submitted an application via online in Application No.20221031008439 dated 31.10.2022 before the first respondent for measuring her lands and laying boundary stones in the same, for which, she paid necessary fees to the respondents. However, the respondents have not yet came forward and taken any steps to measure the petitioner's lands and lay boundary stones in her lands. Hence, left with no other alternative, the petitioner has knocked the doors of this Court with the present writ petition.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

Considering the limited relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's Online Application No.20221031008439 dated 31.10.2022 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
