3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the petitioner that the petitioner shall continue to appear before the respondent police every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., till the FIR is filed, as directed by the Court in Crl.O.P.No.17259 of 2023 dated 25.08.2023.
