This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to extend the time by two weeks to surrender before the lower Court in Crl.OP.No.19587 of 2023, dated 31.8.2023 in Crime No.126 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time is extended till 08.11.2023 to comply the condition as directed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.19587 of 2023, dated 31.8.2023. It is made clear no further extension of time will be granted.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
