ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed with huge and unacceptable delay by the petitioner, who was retired from service on 11.03.2001. He has sought for a prayer to issue a Writ of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representations dated 14.02.2010 and 23.12.2015 seeking refixation of his pay as Head Master from 01.06.1988, which is absolutely not possible to be entertained, in view of the huge and unacceptable delay. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
