This application has been filed to amend the cause title of the respondent as M/s.Chennai Business Consulting Services Private Limited instead of M/s.TVS Finance and Services Ltd.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that as the respondent has changed the name of their company, the present application has been filed.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing this application.

Considering the nature of amendment sought and as the respondent has no objection in allowing this application, this application is Ordered.

5. The petitioner is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the Original Petition for recording mediation on 04.10.2024.
