O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to pass orders to receive the tax amount for the petitioner property alone by considering his representation dated 12.01.2016 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2.Mr.S.Diwakar, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the 1st respondent and Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Additional Government Pleader taking notice for the 2nd respondent submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.01.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.01.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
