2. Heard Mr.P.Raja, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing through Video Conferencing, placing reliance on G.O.Ms.No.328, dated 7/11/2019, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that petitioner is getting monetary benefits, as per the entitlement.
