O R D E R
With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

The petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking direction directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.01.2019 in the light of G.O.Ms.No.49 dated 20.02.2013, G.O.Ms.No.185 dated 22.09.2016, G.O.Ms.No.144 dated 26.09.2016, G.O.Ms.No.251 dated 21.12.2017, G.O.Ms.No.38 dated 05.03.2018, G.O.Ms.No.58 dated 20.03.2018 and G.O.Ms.No.91 dated 15.07.2019.
3. The case of the petitioner is that petitioner was appointed as casual labour on daily wages basis on 18.01.1987 in the District Live Stock farm, Hosur, Dharmapuri District and the petitioner retired on 30.06.2015. While so, he was not regularized while he was in service. However respondent is entitled to regularize the services of the petitioner from the date of initial appointment, but the same was not considered. Similar situated persons filed Writ Petitions before this Court and got favourable orders to regularize the services. In order to avail the similar benefit, the petitioner made a representation dated to the first respondent, but till date not considered. Hence the present Writ Petition.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice to issue direction the second respondent to consider the representation dated 31.01.2019 and pass orders within a reasonable time.
5. Mr. A.N. Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader, agrees to dispose of the representation dated 31.01.2019 within a stipulated time.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am inclined to issue direction to the first respondent to dispose of the representation dated submitted 31.01.2019 submitted by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
