This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.688 of 2021.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.
The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.688 of 2021 on 14.12.2021, no final report is filed till date. 4.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of one month. 5.
In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
