ORDER

The petition for anticipatory bail alleging that the respondent Police is trying to arrest him on the complaint registered in C.S.R.No.5289 of 2025. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent Police states that a complaint was received by the respondent Police from one Pushpa and it was taken up for enquiry. When the petitioner was called for enquiry, he has evaded participation in the enquiry. If he participate in the enquiry, the respondent Police will conduct enquiry

and decide about the veracity of the complaint. 3.Recording the same, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police on receipt of the summons and participate in the enquiry. The respondent Police shall complete the enquiry in C.S.R.No.5289 of 2025 within a period of three weeks from today. Till then, there shall be no coercive action against the petitioner. If the outcome of the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, the respondent shall be at liberty to register the First Information Report and proceed further. 13-08-2025 ep
