The prayer in the writ petition is for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to pass an order on the petitioners petition dated 04.10.2017 and grant her family pension payable on the account of the petitioners deceased husband Mr.R.Ulaganathan who retired as a Head Master in the Primary School in the Kandayapatti Panchayat Union School, Kandagapatti, Dharmapuri District forthwith.
