Munusamy v. Inspector Of Police
Crl.O.P.No.23839 of 2023 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the State. 2.
It is the second anticipatory bail petition. Earlier, when the anticipatory bail was sought, this Court dismissed the petition on taking note of the fact that the petitioner was not cooperating with the investigation. 3.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that after dismissal of the anticipatory bail petition, notice under Section 41 A Cr.P.C.,was served to the petitioner. The petitioner appeared and gave his statement. Investigation is almost completed. Within a month they will file the final report. So far the investigation does not require arrest of the petitioner.
