ORDER

Today a calculation memo has been filed by the respondents stating that the order passed by this Court directing the respondent-Corporation to pay the amount to the petitioner has been duly complied with. Since the calculation memo states that the entire amount has been paid, this contempt petition stands closed. However, if there is a dispute with regard to the amount payable by the respondent-Corporation, it is for the petitioner to work out his remedy before the Labour Court.
