WP.No.30769/2019 M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J., and R.HEMALATHA, J., [Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.,] It is represented that the Commissioner, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Department, Chepauk, Chennai-5, has sent a communication dated 24.02.2020 in Na.Ka.E.C.1/25960/2019 addressed to the Additional Chief Secretary, Cooperation, Food and Consumer Protection Department, Secretariat, Chennai-9 as to the opening of a Fair Price Shop at Aaruppalli on 20.02.2020.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents has also invited the attention of this Court to G.O.[D] No.32, Cooperation, Food and Consumer Protection [CA2] Department dated 13.02.2020 in this regard.

2.The said communication and the Government order are taken on file and record.

3.The Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner also.

4.In the light of the above, no further orders are necessary.
