2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.10.2019, a case has been registered in Cr.No.4 of 2019 on 15.10.2019 under Sections 417, 376, 420 of IPC.
