This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 28.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.18352 of 2023 to report before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 am., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 p.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for the interrogation.
