Crl.M.P.No.17212 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.17212 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.26167 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to modify the satisfaction Court as the Judicial Magistrate-II, Chengalpattu instead of the Principle Special Judge for EC and NDPS Act, Chennai in Crl.O.P.No.26167 of 2022 vide order dated 01.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court while granting bail to the petitioner, directed him to surrender before the learned Principle Special Judge for EC and NDPS Act, Chennai. However, the petitioner, now seeks modification of the satisfaction Court to surrender and execute the sureties.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is inclined to modify the satisfaction Court as the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Chengalpattu instead of the Principle Special Judge for EC and NDPS Act, Chennai in Crl.O.P.No.26167 of 2022 by the order dated 01.11.2022. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
