This petition is filed to extend the time to execute the sureties in the anticipatory bail order passed in Crl.O.P.No.20263 of 2023, dated 07.09.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time is granted to the petitioner till 31.10.2023 to comply the conditions as directed by this Court on 07.09.2023. No further time will be granted, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted shall automatically stand cancelled.
