This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the Crime No.1138 of 2017 dated 09.10.2017 pending on the file of the 1st respondent police.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned Counsel for Government (Crl Side), submitted that charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court II, Thiruvallur in C.C.No.5 of 2018 and the next date of hearing is fixed on 06.09.2021.
