This petition is filed to modify the conditions passed in an order in Crl.O.P.No.19609 of 2023, dated 04.09.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and modified to the effect that the surety worth of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) is modified to a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only), but the condition that one surety from the native district of the petitioner is retained. To execute the surety as directed by this Court, time is granted till 31.10.2023, failing which the original bail order already granted on 04.09.2023 stands automatically cancelled.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
