This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order, dated 20.09.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.21604 of 2023 on executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.2, Salem.

Considering the submission, the condition for bail is modified to the effect that the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on the executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties and one of the sureties should be either the father or the mother of the petitioners, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.2, Salem.
