This petition has been filed to extend the time of order granted in Crl.M.P.No.11847 of 2024 on 23.08.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.17163 of 2024 on 01.08.2024.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and considering the nature of offences involved in this case and the reasons stated in the affidavit that he was unable to comply with the order due to continuation of poor health conditions, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of 15 days. Accordingly, ordered.
